These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jlss online gaming platform operated at jlss.lat. 3.1 Registration Process. 4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlss account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify jlss immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, or if your registered mobile number or credentials have been compromised. jlss shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. jlss offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. While 2FA is optional, jlss strongly recommends that all players enable this feature to enhance the security of their accounts. Enabling 2FA does not transfer liability for losses arising from voluntary disclosure of OTP codes.
4.4 Session Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your jlss account during a logged-in session. jlss is not responsible for activity initiated during a session that you authorized or that results from your failure to log out from a shared or public device.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jlss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. jlss reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). These limits are subject to change and any updates will be reflected in the cashier section of your account.
5.3 Own Funds. All deposits to jlss must be made using payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. 5.5 Currency. All transactions on the jlss platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). No foreign currency transactions are accepted. Any currency conversion costs incurred as a result of the player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
5.6 No Unlawful Use of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your jlss account are lawfully obtained and do not constitute proceeds of criminal activity. The use of the jlss platform for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlss platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

12.2 By Player. You may request the closure of your jlss account at any time by contacting the jlss support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures upon account closure, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to use the jlss platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds or promotional credits remaining in your account at the time of closure are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to verification, unless forfeiture is warranted under these Terms.

13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, you agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms or the jlss platform, and you irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.
14.1 jlss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlss will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address or mobile number, or through a prominent on-platform notification, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the jlss platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
